Our College is a notified by Ministry of Education, recognized by UGC under 2f & l2b of UGC Act. The college has a Governing Body, Academic Council, Planning & Monitoring Board, and Finance Committee as per the provisions of the UGC [Govt. of West Bengal, The University of Burdwan]
The college has different Bodies/sub committees to maintain all types of discipline in the campuses. All the Cells or Committees of the institutions are under Statutory Bodies. The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft for Rs. 10.00 obtained in favour of SPIO, Balagarh Bijoy Krishna Mahavidyalaya, Balagarh, Hooghly,712501 (West Bengal) This application may be sent to the State Public Information officer (SPIO) by post or handed over in his/her office. All sorts of information about the college are open to the public and it can be obtained by citizens of India as per the RTI Act 2005 and its amendments thereafter.

Statutory Declaration under the RTI Act 2005
Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of Balagarh Bijoy Krishna Mahavidyalaya, Balagarh, Hooghly, West Bengal. Their website is https://www.bbkm.ac.in.
The college is recognized by the Ministry of Education and is also recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under sections 2f and 12b of the UGC Act. The college has various administrative bodies, including a Governing Body, Academic Council, Planning & Monitoring Board, and Finance Committee, in accordance with the provisions of the UGC (Government of West Bengal, The University of Burdwan).
